# Ownership NFT

Obtaining the Ownership NFT is the first step to start your journey with Curra. This token serves as a personal identifier and a key for you to gain access to all the features.

{% hint style="info" %}
Your NFT will be automatically minted with first transfer of assets from proxy wallet to omnibus account.
{% endhint %}

**It offers the following advantages:**

* Only the NFT owner can communicate with the Vortex and change [Rules](/curra-documentation/vortex/rules.md).
* Vortex operates on NFT numeric IDs instead of addresses, which gives an ability to create same wallet addresses over different blockchains.
* NFT IDs are used as a salt when generating deterministic [Proxy Wallet addresses](broken://pages/w7aR6erZEv61LlmMuUZc) and are the backbone of the Vortex security.
* NFTs can be transferred to other wallets, including smart contract wallets for security purposes.
* A single account can possess multiple NFTs.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.curra.io/curra-documentation/vortex/ownership-nft.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
